The Alchemy Lab
The Quantum MeMoir Alchemy Lab – Turn shadow work into experiments.
The Quantum MeMoir Alchemy Lab is a 28-day, lunar-aligned lab for inner alchemy and shadow work. Instead of chasing productivity or “fixing” yourself, you’ll use symbolic Alchemy Mind Maps, a self-guided Notion workbook, and exclusive Substack Lab content to study your inner patterns with curiosity and structure.

Think of it as a gentle but honest experiment in how you react, repeat, and transform. Each lunar phase becomes a container for noticing your triggers, stories, and somatic responses—then slowly transmuting them into new choices. This Lab is less about setting big external goals and more about depth, patterning, and real inner transformation you can actually feel in your daily life.

How the Alchemy Lab Works
Step 1 – Name the Pattern & Map Your Cycle
At the start of the lunar cycle, you’ll use the Alchemy Mind Map to choose one theme, pattern, or “shadow” to focus on—anything from a recurring trigger to an old story about yourself. You’ll map where it shows up (thoughts, emotions, body sensations, behaviors) and set up your Notion Lab pages to follow the lunar phases.

Why it Matters: Naming one pattern at a time keeps shadow work from feeling like an giant, overwhelming tangle. It gives your system a clear, contained focus for this 28-day experiment.
Step 2 – Run One Alchemical Experiment
Throughout the 28 days, you’ll use the Notion Shadow Workbook and daily questions to observe when this pattern appears and gently try one new response or practice—like pausing before reacting, changing your self-talk, setting a boundary, or offering yourself a different kind of support. You’re not forcing change; you’re tracking how the “old way” and the “new way” each feel over time.
Why it Matters: Treating your "shadow" as an experiment (not a flaw) removes some of the shame and pressure. You get to see what actually shifts your experience, instead of guessing or trying to “fix everything” at once.
Step 3 – Harvest the Gold
At the Full Moon and again at the end of the cycle, you’ll review your Alchemy Mind Map and notes: What dissolved? What stayed? What surprised you? You’ll highlight key insights, write a short reflection, and decide what “gold” you want to carry into your next cycle—and what beliefs, habits, or stories you’re ready to leave behind.
Why it Matters: Reflection turns emotional heaviness into information and choice. Instead of feeling like you’re stuck in the same shadows, you can see how you’ve shifted, even in small ways, and build your next cycle from more clear and honest place.
