About Quantum MeMoir
Quantum MeMoir is a creative framework for self-study through sacred geometry, symbolic mind mapping, reflective writing, and the cycles of nature.
At its heart, Quantum MeMoir is a way to study the pattern of your own becoming.
Through mind maps, journals, Notion labs, guided sessions, and reflective writing, this work helps Conscious Creators chart their potential, track their results, and reclaim their story through natural cycles.
Here, you will find reflections on Quantum MeMoir, symbolic self-study, lunar and seasonal cycles, sacred geometry, personal transformation, wellness awareness, creative process, and the art of turning inner experience into visible form.
I’m Cheryl Crow, the creator and founder of Quantum MeMoir.
I am an artist, writer, creative director, and symbolic systems thinker. My work brings together sacred geometry, memoir, mind mapping, active imagination, story structure, and the natural cycles of time to help others see the patterns shaping their lives.
Quantum MeMoir began as my way of making the invisible visible. I needed a structure for studying my own thoughts, patterns, timing, creativity, and becoming. Over time, that structure became a framework, and that framework became a body of work.
At Quantum MeMoir, I create mind maps, journals, guided sessions, symbolic frameworks, and reflective tools for Conscious Creators who want to understand their lives with more clarity, imagination, and care.
My role is part artist, part mentor, part creative cartographer, and part field recorder of the inner world.
Ryan Marcus is Cheryl’s husband, co-creator, educator, meditation guide, and Director of Education for Quantum MeMoir.
With about two decades of experience in education, special education, wellness programming, and youth development, Ryan brings a grounded and relational lens to this work. His background includes leadership in special education, trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, movement-based wellness, and reflective education.
He currently serves as a Director of Special Education for a behavioral health organization in Missouri, where he works to support students, staff, and school culture through calm leadership, structured support systems, and whole-environment wellness practices.
Ryan is also the creator of Pathways to CALM, a wellness-centered educational framework rooted in awareness, regulation, movement, reflection, and cooperative learning. Developed through both professional experience and personal practice, Pathways to CALM blends visual tools, reflective writing, sensory awareness, storytelling, and practical routines to support emotional, physical, and mental well-being for students, educators, families, and supportive environments.
Our Story
Before Quantum MeMoir became books, journals, and a reflective practice, it was something we were living.
Our years of minimalism, tiny house building, off-grid living, and even life in a converted school bus taught us to question the map we had inherited and learn directly from experience. That season shaped the heart of Quantum MeMoir: notice what is true, simplify what is unnecessary, live the experiment, and let the story reveal the next step.
“Learn Through Creating Your Own Experience”
If you want to understand more of the life behind the work, take a short journey with us here: Alternate Route — How We Ended Up Off Route 66
Where Cheryl’s work often begins through symbolic systems, creative mapping, and active imagination, Ryan helps translate those ideas into grounded practices that can be lived, taught, and experienced in everyday life.
Together, they are building Quantum MeMoir as both a creative philosophy and a practical framework for self-study, wellness awareness, meaningful growth, and conscious becoming.
