Heart-Brain Coherence Pathways - Active Imagination Guided Meditation
What does your heart want to communicate to your brain?
This Heart + Brain Pathways Active Imagination Exercise accompanies the timelapse drawing of the Pathways to CALM Mind Map, a visual exploration of seven interconnected aspects of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement, and Nature. Guided through the Quantum MeMoir Base Code spheres, this practice invites you to turn your attention inward and imaginatively explore the relationship between the brain, heart, body, and your wider sense of well-being.
Through breath, visualization, inner dialogue, and reflection, you’ll move from grounding and setting a purpose into observing the brain, creating heart-brain coherence, sensing energy throughout the body, and noticing whatever thoughts, feelings, symbols, or insights arise. You can experience this as you would a guided meditation with your eyes closed, or keep a blank note page nearby and draw, write, or map what comes forward as you listen. The intention is not to force an answer, but to create a quiet imaginative space where you can listen more closely to the wisdom of your own inner world.
In the background, watch the Pathways to CALM Mind Map come to life through a timelapse drawing, connecting the seven wellness aspects into one larger picture of whole-person well-being.
This exercise was created as a husband-and-wife collaboration through Quantum MeMoir. Cheryl Crow, also known as Molly MissUnderstood, drew the Pathways to CALM Mind Map and composed the Active Imagination exercise, while her husband, Ryan Marcus, a meditation teacher and guide, leads the experience with his calm, soothing voice. Together, the drawing and narration are designed to create a visual and meditative space for reflection, imagination, and deeper self-awareness.
